When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 2 and 3 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it.
The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
- Balearic Islands: 2-3 business days
- Mainland Spain, Canary Islands: 3-8 business days
- Europe: 8-10 business days
Where is my order shipped from?
We prepare everything in our workshop in Lloseta, in the heart of the island of Mallorca. From there, we ship to the Balearic Islands, Spain, and Europe through a contracted carrier.
Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?
International orders may incur additional customs fees. These fees are not under our control and are determined by your country’s customs agency. Customs policies vary significantly between countries, so we recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please follow these steps:
- Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
- Ask your neighbors if the carrier left your package with them.
Avoid theft.
If you won’t be home on the delivery day, use your work address or another location where you’ll be present.
If the address is correct and the package is neither at the post office nor with your neighbors, contact us at info@megarawbar.com with your order number.
If there was an issue with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
⚠️ Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Please make sure you enter it correctly.

How can I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link via email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at info@megarawbar.com.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve the issue as soon as possible, please send us an email at info@megarawbar.com within one week of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
- Any other relevant details
We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at info@megarawbar.com with photos of the item, and we will find a solution.
