Shipping

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process your order on the same day, but depending on our workload, it may take up to 3 business days to process it, after which we will ship it. Shipping time depends on your location, and you can estimate it as follows:

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are prepared in our workshop in Lloseta, located in the center of the island of Mallorca. From here, we ship to the Balearic Islands, Spain, and Europe via a contracted carrier.

Will I have to pay customs duties for my order?

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees. These fees are beyond our control, are determined by your country's customs agency, and will be your responsibility. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend contacting your local authorities for more information.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
  2. Ask your neighbors if the courier left your package with them.

Avoid theft. If you won't be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or another location where you'll be. If the address is correct and the package isn't at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at info@megarawbar.com with your order number. If there’s an issue with the shipping address, we can resend the product, but additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure to enter it correctly.

Orders

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at info@megarawbar.com.

I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?

We’re sorry that you received a damaged product. To resolve it as quickly as possible, please email us at info@megarawbar.com within a week of delivery, including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

Returns

Do you have a return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our food products, which are perishable and cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@megarawbar.com.

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at info@megarawbar.com with photos of the item, and we will find a solution.
